Return and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to make your shopping experience with us seamless and exceptional. This page outlines our policy regarding the exchange or return of products to ensure transparency and clarity.

Conditions for Exchange and Return

Due to the sensitive nature of our products (perfumes) and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, we accept exchange or return requests according to the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: The exchange or return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Product Condition (The Most Important Condition): The product must be in its absolute original condition: unused, unopened, and with its original, tightly sealed packaging (cellophane) intact. Any product that has been opened or used will not be accepted under any circumstances, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Accepted Cases for Return:

  • Receiving a wrong item that you did not order.

  • Receiving a product with a clear manufacturing defect (such as a leaking bottle or a non-functional sprayer).

  • Receiving a product that was damaged during the shipping process.

Important Note: Products cannot be returned if the reason for the return is that the customer did not like the scent after opening the product.

 

Steps to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

 

To ensure your request is processed quickly and efficiently, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to Info@Daralsumo.ae including the following information:

    • Order number.

    • Product name.

    • A clear reason for the exchange or return.

    • In case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please attach clear photos of the product and the issue.

  2. Request Review: Our customer service team will review your request within 48 business hours and will respond with an approval or a request for more information.

  3. Return Shipping: If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the error was on our part (damaged or wrong product), in which case we will cover the full shipping costs.

 

Refund or Exchange Process

 

Refund: Upon receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets the conditions, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange: If the request is for an exchange with another product (in the case of manufacturing defects), we will ship the replacement item after we receive and inspect the original product.
